Case study: premium cosmetic innovation
Client challenge
A high-end cosmetics brand was to launch a functional and aesthetic prototype of a device enabling people with reduced mobility and/or disabilities to regain autonomy in applying perfume.
Our solution
Redesigned construction, parts optimized for injection molding and series machining. Simplified electronics to reduce costs and environmental impact. In-house prototyping of plastic casings using FDM 3D printing, polishing, painting, and varnishing. In-house machining of aluminum and polycarbonate functional parts. SLA printing of the perfume base, hand polishing, and varnishing.
